We individually roast each type of coffee through a shallow roast, ensuring that the flavor characteristics of each bean can be experienced.

Whilst traditionally, balanced roasting and extraction has been based on the intuition of skilled roasters and baristas, MU Coffee uses a scientific approach that uses numerical and taste data to achieve this.
