“It's not Pizza
it’s PINSA.”

What is Pinsa?
Pinsa is also known as Pinsa Romana.
It was developed based on a 6th century Roman recipe.
It looks similar to pizza, but it is made with an exquisite blend of soy flour, rice flour, and wheat flour.
The moisture content gives it a crispy outside and fluffy inside texture . Compared to regular pizza, it has less fat, sugar and calories, and is fermented for a longer period of time.
This makes the dough easier to digest.
